Chef Ladarius is a highly skilled Certified Executive Chef with extensive experience in K-12 public and private school sectors. As the Executive District Chef for Germantown School District, he managed operations for over six schools' profit and lost accounts, showcasing a strong record in increased meals participation for breakfast and lunch. Previously, as the area director for public schools in both West Helena and Blytheville Arkansas, he managed to change the way of dining by creating a vibrant, college-style cafeteria atmosphere. Chef Ladarius is a Certified HACCP and Food Safety Auditor and ServSafe Certified Instructor - Registered Proctor, He brings a wealth of knowledge from his studies in culinary arts technology at Coahoma College and in opening hotel bar & grill restaurants and USDA Kitchens.

She has successfully led teams at Huddle House and served as an area training manager for national fast-food chains, playing a crucial role in opening new store locations. Additionally, Felicia has managed contract food services for K-12, showcasing her versatility and commitment to operational excellence. With a background in business management and certifications as a ServSafe food safety instructor and registered proctor, she is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and training within her teams, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to every project she undertakes.
